Since 2020, I have had the privilege of presiding over the Foundation. My connection to the Ecole: I was an external student at the school from 1963 to 1969. The most important thing I was able to take with me from there: Curiosity about everything that comes my way in life. As an expert in the field of integration, as well as throughout my many years of leadership work, the importance of good education has been the focus of my attention. That's why I like to do voluntary work for the Ecole and its students.

My two years as an "Ecolian" (1979-1981) had a great impact on me. Therefore, I would like to give something back to the school and open the doors to this great school to others. As a lawyer and executive director of several non-profit organizations, I especially appreciate the opportunity to try out new things and to actively shape the future. And yes, for this, a good strategy is extremely helpful.

As an employee of the Ecole d'Humanité I have learned a lot - especially about myself. For that I will be eternally grateful to the Ecole. I am very impressed by the generosity and solidarity of the numerous donors. We can all give something back from what the Ecole has given us and thus ensure that the unique pedagogy at Hasliberg is carried into the future.

For over forty years, the Ecole has played an important role in my life, and I have been a member of the Foundation Board since the Foundation was established. It is a great pleasure for me to be able to get in touch with alumni to learn about their stories that connect them to the Ecole. Many ask how they can give back to the Ecole. Some want to leave traces beyond their own life story through a legacy. I would be happy to help you find out how you could support the Ecole.

I have been at the Ecole and living on the Hasliberg since 2017. In the school administration, I got to know the day-to-day live of the Ecole and was able to introduce interested families to the «Swiss system». As a sociologist, I am fascinated by the Ecole's community spirit as well as the interplay between freedom and structure, which enables young people to discover themselves. As Managing Director of the Ecole Foundation, I look forward to being in contact with everyone who values the Ecole d'Humanité.
